    Advisory, research, training, and writing across education and refugee integration. Projects have included programme design support for NGOs and foundations, qualitative field research, practitioner training facilitation, and policy writing. Works selectively — a small number of engagements at a time so each one can be done properly.

    Field Research & Documentation Consultant

    Led qualitative research engagements and contributed to platform documentation and capacity support for practitioners across several countries. Produced research outputs for both operational teams and funding audiences, keeping findings accessible without simplifying what they found.

    Lebanon / Turkey

    Education Programme Adviser

    Provided advisory support on refugee-inclusive education design for a consortium of NGOs working in displacement settings. Work covered programme review, teacher support frameworks, and structured consultation with affected communities, schools, and local actors.

    Designed and delivered training for teachers, community workers, and NGO field staff. Focus areas included inclusive classroom practice, community engagement methods, and documentation skills for non-specialist practitioners working in displacement contexts.

    Supported the design and delivery of community integration programming in a municipal setting. Coordinated between field teams, host institutions, and external funders. Maintained monitoring documentation and contributed to reporting and programme review.

    Delivered non-formal education and literacy sessions for adults and young people through community organisations. Work was community-led and language-focused, designed around what participants themselves identified as useful rather than what an outside framework assumed.
